ALUMINIUM SILICATE

Aluminium Silicate is light weight and super white in color. It is having high degree of brightness, low plasticity, ease of diepersion. It is having low bulk density and very low moisture content. It improves electrical as well as mechanical properties. It can partially replace TiO₂ to give cost reduction. It improves brightness of white pigments. It acts as a good anti-setting agent. It maintain constant viscosity on storage.

Chemical Composition :

SiO₂	: 65%
Al₂O₃	: 33%
Fe₂O₃	: 0.5%

Applications :

1. Paints	:	As a partial replacement of TiO₂ in latex paints & distempers.
2. Paper	:	As a coating pigment in paper sizing and paper bonds.
3. Misc. Application	:	As a filter in Leather boards. Surgical gloves. Re-inforcing filler in rubber footwear. Cable industry, insulation compounds. PVC and Plastic as a general filler. As a filler in Linoieum, flooring & foam products.

Normal Supplies : 325 / 400 mesh / or as per customer's demands.

Packing : HDPE bags 25 Kgs. nett.

Material Storage : It is non-hazardous & non-flammable.Material should be stored in dry & well ventilated area.

Self Life : The life span is upto 5 years.
